Remanufactured laptops undergo a much more rigorous process. These devices are disassembled, inspected, and rebuilt to ensure they meet or even exceed original factory standards. They are often restored to a "like-new" state, with components replaced as needed.
Refurbished
Refurbished laptops are pre-owned devices that have been returned, repaired, or simply used and resold. They are typically cleaned, tested, and repaired if necessary, but not all parts may be replaced or brought to a "like-new" standard.
New Open Box
This item is in brand-new, unused condition, but the original packaging has been opened. It has never been used or activated, and all original accessories and components are included. The product may have been opened for inspection or display purposes but remains in pristine condition, just like a new, sealed item.

service on products ordered before 1pm (GMT) – excluding weekends and
public holidays. Any orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the
following working day. Delivery is Monday to Friday

STANDARD DELIVERY
Delivery is 2-5 working days, Monday to Friday.
Please Note
If you choose to have any alterations made to the specification of
your order, this may result in a delay in delivery whilst our
technicians work on your order.
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive and email with a
tracking number. On the day of delivery if you have provided a mobile
number you will receive a text with a delivery time slot.
We are not responsible any delays in delivery once it is in the hands of the courier.
We use a number of major carriers- with DPD being our preferred delivery partner. You will be sent tracking details at point of despatch.
All laptops include a standard one year Return to Base Warranty.
Warranty can be extended up to 3 years - only available at time of purchase. Warranty type cannot be changed.
Battery warranty for 1 year. (not extendable)
In the unlikely event you have an issue with your item in the first 30 days we will send you a prepaid label to return your item and repair, replace or refund the item. Please return in the original packaging with all accessories. If you have simply changed your mind you can return the item at your cost within 30 days in the original packaging with all accessories for a full refund.
Please check your order immediately upon delivery and report any damage to us directly within 1 working day. We cannot accept damage claims after this time.
After 30 days the customer must return the item to us. After 30 days we will only repair or replace your item. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to us at their own cost as part of your Return to Base warranty. Please ensure that the package is fully secure and is returned with any accessories.
